What counts as a conversation?

One customer thread, however many messages it takes, inside a 72-hour window. A thread Porchlight hands to a person still counts once.

What happens if we go over?

Extra conversations are $0.09 each, billed with the next invoice. We email you at 80% of the month’s allowance, never after the fact.

How does yearly billing work?

Pay for ten months and get twelve. You can move from monthly to yearly at any time, and the unused part of the month is credited.

Is the trial on our real inbox?

Yes. For 14 days Porchlight drafts replies to your real customers and you approve each one. No card is needed to start.

Can we cancel in the middle of a season?

Monthly plans cancel at the end of any month from the billing page. Yearly plans run to their renewal date and do not renew if you switch it off.
